Vinabot AI Talking Frame is available in two sizes: 10.1 inches and 21.5 inches.

Both models are designed to display photos and videos while also supporting Vinabot’s AI-powered experiences, including AI Companions, Voice Clone, Voice Assistant, Photo Avatar, and AI image and video creation.

The main differences are screen size, form factor, placement options, and how each model fits into your space.

21.5-inch Vinabot AI Talking Frame

The 10.1-inch model brings the same core Vinabot experience into a compact format that fits naturally into more personal and creative spaces.

Its smaller footprint makes it easy to place close to the user, whether on a bedside table, work desk, shelf, or creative workstation. It is especially well suited to everyday photo display, personal AI interactions, and hands-on use of Vinabot’s creative features.

4. Display

Both Vinabot models use IPS touchscreen displays designed for viewing photos, videos, and interactive content.

The 21.5-inch display is better suited to larger shared spaces, while the 10.1-inch display works well at closer viewing distances.

Both models include 32GB of built-in storage and unlimited app storage.

Locally stored photos and videos can continue playing even if the frame temporarily loses its internet connection.

Tip:
Wi-Fi is required for cloud-based and AI-powered features, but content already stored locally on the frame can continue playing offline.

6. Wi-Fi & Connectivity

A Wi-Fi connection is required when you first bind the frame to your Vinabot account and when using online features such as AI conversations, AI creation, or content synchronization. Both models support 2.4GHz and 5GHz Wi-Fi.

7. Power

Vinabot frames are designed to remain connected to power during use.

For best performance and safety, we recommend using the power adapter supplied with your Vinabot frame.

21.5-inch

The 21.5-inch Vinabot supports both tabletop and wall-mounted placement.

• Tabletop: Use the included stand.
• Wall mounting: Mounting hardware, including screws and a rotating mount, is included.
• Rotation: The frame can be rotated after wall installation to support different viewing orientations.

10.1-inch

The 10.1-inch Vinabot is designed for tabletop placement.

• Landscape: No stand is required.
• Portrait: Use the included stand for vertical placement.

10. Vinabot App Compatibility

The Vinabot app is used to bind your frame, manage content, access AI tools, and configure supported features.

The app is available for:

A Vinabot account is required to bind and manage your frame and access supported app and AI features.

12. Do I Need a Subscription to Use Vinabot?

No. Core features such as photo and video upload and display, slideshows, calendar, and Voice Assistant can be used without a paid membership.

Credit-based AI features, including AI Companions, Voice Clone, and AI image and video generation, use AI Credits.

Each new Vinabot AI Frame includes 6 months of VINABOT Membership with 15,000 AI Credits per month.

13. Does Vinabot Need Wi-Fi?

Wi-Fi is required for initial setup and device binding, as well as for AI features and app syncing. With 32GB of built-in storage, uploaded photos and videos can continue to play offline without an internet connection.

14. Can I Use Vinabot Without My Phone Nearby?

Yes. After setup, the frame can continue displaying locally stored content independently. Your phone does not need to remain physically next to the frame during normal playback.

The Vinabot app is required when you want to manage your account, create AI content, configure supported features, or sync new content.

15. What Payment Methods Do You Accept?
