This guide explains how AI Credits work, how different AI features consume Credits, what is included with a new Vinabot AI Frame, how monthly Credits refresh, where to check your balance, and how to purchase additional Credits or choose a membership plan in the Vinabot app.

Part 1 | Understanding AI Credits
1. What Are AI Credits?
AI Credits are used across Vinabot's supported AI-powered features.
They can be used for functions including:
- AI Companion conversations and creation
- Voice Clone
- AI image and video generation
Your available Credits can be used across different AI features rather than being assigned to only one function.
2. Estimated Credit Consumption by Feature
Different AI features consume Credits at different rates.
The following table provides an approximate reference based on the current estimated usage of Vinabot AI features.

The Vinabot app displays the required Credit amount before you confirm a supported AI action.

3. What Is Included With a New Vinabot AI Frame?
Each new Vinabot AI Frame includes:
- 6 months of VINABOT Membership
- 15,000 AI Credits per month
The monthly Credits can be used across Vinabot's supported AI features.

4. What Can You Do With 15,000 AI Credits?
To make the monthly allowance easier to understand, the following examples show the estimated usage if the full 15,000 Credits were used on one AI feature only.

Important:
These examples are provided for reference only. In normal use, Credits are shared across different AI features. For example, you may use some Credits for AI conversations, some for image generation, and some for Voice Clone within the same monthly period. Actual usage depends on the feature and settings you select.
5. How Do Monthly Credits Refresh?
The included 15,000 Credits are provided as a monthly allowance.
Unused monthly Credits do not roll over to the next month.
For example:

If you have 5,000 Credits remaining when your monthly Credits refresh, those unused Credits are not added to the next month's allowance.
Your new monthly allowance begins again at 15,000 Credits.
Important:
Monthly Credits do not accumulate across monthly Credit periods.
6. Do Purchased Credits Roll Over?
No. Credits purchased separately in the Vinabot app also do not roll over to the next monthly Credit period.
Both included Credits and separately purchased Credits should therefore be used within the applicable Credit period.

7. Where Can I Check My Credit Balance?
You can view and manage your AI Credits in the Vinabot app.
Go to:
Profile → Credits
From the Credits page, you can check your current balance and review available Credit and membership options.
8. When Are Credits Deducted?
Before you begin a supported AI action, the Vinabot app displays the required number of Credits.
The general flow is:
- Select an AI feature.
- Configure the available options.
- Review the Credit requirement shown in the app.
- Confirm the action.
- Credits are deducted and the AI task begins.

Tip:
Always check the Credit amount shown in the app before confirming an AI task. The amount displayed reflects the current Credit requirement for your selected feature and settings.
9. Why Can Credit Usage Vary?
Some AI features consume different amounts of Credits depending on the selected settings.
Factors may include:
- AI model
- Image resolution
- Video resolution
- Video duration
- Number of generated results
- Generation complexity
- Other available model settings
This is why some features, especially image and video generation, are shown as Credit ranges rather than fixed amounts.
The Vinabot app displays the current Credit requirement before you confirm the action.
10. What Happens If an AI Task Fails?
If a supported AI generation task is confirmed as failed, the Credits used for that task are automatically returned to your balance.
If your Credit balance appears incorrect after a failed task, check the Credits page again after the task status has updated.

11. What Happens If I Run Out of Credits?
If your Credit balance is too low for the AI feature you want to use, the action cannot begin.
Go to:
Profile → Credits
to review the currently available options for purchasing additional Credits or choosing a membership plan.
Running out of AI Credits does not affect supported non-AI frame functions such as photo and video playback.

12. VINABOT Membership Plans
VINABOT currently offers three membership plans:
- Basic
- Silver
- Gold
Basic is available at no cost, while Silver and Gold include monthly AI Credits and additional AI capabilities.

13. What Is the Difference Between Silver and Gold?
The Basic plan is the free VINABOT plan. It does not include monthly AI Credits or access to most AI-powered features. However, Voice Assistant is available for free on the Basic plan.
For broader AI features, VINABOT currently offers two paid membership options: Silver and Gold.
The main differences are monthly AI Credits, AI Companion capacity, Voice Clone capacity, and maximum AI generation quality.

Both Silver and Gold also include access to supported AI features such as AI Companion conversations, multilingual support, custom wake words, Custom Q&A, Knowledge Base, official voices, AI generation tools, Voice Assistant, and selected early-access features.

14. How Can I Pay for Credits or Membership?
Available payment methods are shown directly in the Vinabot app when you make a purchase.
Payment options may vary depending on your device, platform, region, and the payment methods currently supported in the app.

15. Do Unused Credits Carry Over to the Next Month?
No. Unused Credits do not roll over to the next monthly Credit period.
This applies to both:
- Credits included with your VINABOT Membership
- Credits purchased separately in the app
16. Are Credits Deducted Before I Know the Cost?
No. For supported AI actions, the Vinabot app shows the required Credit amount before you confirm.
Credits are deducted after you confirm and begin the action.
17. Why Can the Same Feature Use Different Amounts of Credits?
Some AI features support different models, resolutions, durations, or generation settings. Changing these options can change the required Credit amount.
The Vinabot app displays the current Credit cost before you confirm the action.
18. Does Editing Existing AI Content Use Credits?
